It is now obvious what has happened. After the great battle, Daggan sealed the exit. He must have been afraid that Salvon would escape. And now, the dead come to claim us. We made a keep, and setup the best defence we could. Without warning they come, and fiercely fight they do. While our fighters fought, Salvon entered the main room. Saris spoke of our only chance, and the room began to dance with magic. Blinding explosions littered Salvon's body, but he did not fall. Just then I heard an explosion and Saris' cry in pain. I knew that he breathed his last. Jeret cried in anguish at the sight of his brother, and with falling tears ordered the retreat. We then ran through a secret passage, when I looked back and saw Salvon picking up Saris' body. They will be here soon, all we can do is buy ourselves time! |

We witnessed Lord Daggan bring the dead back to life! In a room filled with bones, Daggan stood, holding a vile of a foul green liquid. He poured this liquid over the bones, and it rose. In a blink of an eye, there stood a skeletal being. In a blood curdling cry, Daggan screamed, Salvon, No! How could I! Salvon attacked Daggan, which turned into a heated battle. Then, in a flash of light, Daggan disappeared. Salvon then turned to face us -- we could feel his evil. Then he too, disappeared in a flash of light. Saris, our mage, instructed us to leave the tower an warn the town. We ran fast, but only to find stairs blocked! Just then, a cry of anger echoed around us. We must find a place to hold up and to defend our lives, said Saris. |
